Prata shop staff so busy with their hand phones, they ignore customers

STOMPer Princess was upset to find the staff of Singapore Zam Zam all busy with their hand phones when she wanted to place an order. She says they only reacted to her presence when she was about to leave.

The STOMPer wrote:

"I sat and waited for staff to attend to me.

"All the staff were busy playing with their hand phones watching videos.

"Just when I was about to leave, one of them came to my table to take my order.

"If he didn't have a plate of murtabak to send to the table behind me, goodness knows when I would have been served!

"Such a disgrace to be named 'Singapore Zam Zam'."
