A pair of hitchhikers found their way onto STOMPer G. Kahn's plate while he was dining at a cafe on Bussorah Street. Much to his surprise, the manager of the cafe did not even offer him an apology, and he was charged full price for his meal at the end.
The STOMPer related his experience:
"During a nice lunch at Istanbul Grill's and Cafe on Bussorah Street, I found little unwelcome friends on my plate.
"I called the waitress over and showed her the little cockroaches that had decided to take a nap between the salad and the rice.
"She muttered a tiny little 'sorry' and walked straight back into the restaurant, and when she came back to pick up my plate at the end of the meal, I told her not to throw it away, but rather to go show it to the boss in the kitchen.
"Guess what... Not only did I not get a proper apology from anyone, I had to pay for my dish too!
"The owner in the back didn't think it was important enough to even come and say something.
"Oh well, at least they didn't charge me extra for the little critters."

I may be ignorant, but, maybe roach seasoning is a delicacy there?
Should have got the manager to eat it.
