Got service or not?
10min late, so Browhaus employee refuses to serve me and tells me to leave

This employee of Browhaus told STOMPer Sha to leave after she was late for ten minutes for an appointment. He even stopped a colleague who tried to intervene, saying that telco M1 would have refused to serve her as a customer as well.

Sha wrote:

"On July 14 I went to brow haus for my appointment.

"I was 10 minutes late and was told by this guy that there were no avaliable therapists to attend to me as I was late, and I was asked to leave.

"I was annoyed and asked him to give me another alternative. He said that I'm always late and this is causing stress to his therapists.

"I was disgusted by his approach and asked for a refund since he was not keen on attending to me.

"Immediately, he told me 'no'.

"Meanwhile, his colleague asked me to take a seat and said that he will get a therapist for me. The guy in the picture stopped him and said that nobody is going to attend to me.

"I hit back by saying that he was soooooo sweet when promoting the service package and after I bought it, his service sucked.

"He said that if I were to go to M1 I would get similar service.

"I was totally put off by his unprofessionalism by pointing the finger at other organisation. I was furious and dashed out from the shop."

Agree with VingraciaClaire..

it is your responsibility to be punctual. you have yourself only to be blamed for this. even if you complain to CASE, their company have to right to reject you. doesn't mean that customers are always right. you are seriously wrong this time.

For example, the BrowHaus is fully booked for the day, having one customer after another... If you comes in 10minutes later than the scheduled time, that would affect the therapist's schedule for the day. To compensate for the loss of time (due to your lateness), she'd have to either push back all of her appointments OR hurry up with her brow job.

You were the one who's not responsible enough, as an adult, to turn up punctually for an appointment, therefore, it's natural to be denied of service.

Please be less self-centered.

he said that you're always late. Why are you always late? so please don't blame the service staff because you've no respect of other people's time. This is a lesson learnt.

Browhaus sucks! Once they glued my colleagues eyes when they applied the glue for the false eyelashes. They are so unprofessional and inexperienced but still charge exorbitant prices for their packages, unscrupulous!

I think both were at fault. As a customer u know u gonna be late u should at least called in to the shop and inform them that u are late for at least 10 mins.. That way, the therapist would advise u accordingly. And as a therapist, u should never show ur rudeness to ur customer as ur behaviour reflects company's image. In this case, the customer has every right to condemn ur service ettiqutte n bring it to CASE.
