STOMPer Andee says his masseur was more interested in his phone than doing his job. When he complained about the service, he was told that he needed to sign up for a longer massage to get better service.
STOMPer Andee explains the situation:
"I went for a half-hour foot massage and was upset by the quality of the service provided.
"The amount of pressure applied during the massage was like just light touching and rubbing.
"When told, the masseur said that it was because my muscles were too strained. After that he pressed too hard instead.
"Instead of trying his best to focus on the job, he was busy making phone calls during the session.
"I tried giving feedback to his colleagues so that it wouldn't happen again, since I am one of their usual customers, but was told that it was because I had only done a half-hour, and that I should try a longer session.
"I felt cheated!
"Just because they have more customers now, it does not mean they can afford to slack on their service!"
