STOMPer LynnA is not pleased with her delivery experience with Pizza Hut when her order arrived late and cold. A staff member offered to replace her order, but said it could only arrive after 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The STOMPer relates her account:
"On Nov 7 at around 630pm, I called Pizza Hut delivery and had to wait for about 30mins before I could get to speak to the operator. I was actually cut off a couple of times by the automated operator which claimed that the call volumes were very high.
"While I was speaking with the operator, he seemed very unsure of his job and kept on asking me to hold the line every time I placed an order.
"He also informed me that I could not request for extra alfredo sauce for the baked beef balls as they are pre-made.
"After taking my order, the operator informed me that the delivery will arrive at 750pm.
"In the end, the delivery was 20 minutes late and the food was cold!
"When I called the Pizza Hut outlet at 888 Plaza Woodlands, I spoke with Mr. Zul who did not sound at all interested in my complaints.
"Though he offered to replace my order, he said it it would take 1 hour and 30 minutes to deliver!
"I am so upset with Pizza hut as their service standards have really dropped."
