Checkpoint officer to AirAsia passenger: Book your own jet for faster service

STOMPer Daniel was going through checkpoint security to board his AirAsia flight to Penang and asked the checkpoint officer a simple question, only to be told rudely, "If you want fast, take a fully-paid flight or charter your own jet."

Daniel could not believe the officer's attitude:

"On 21st Sept, I took a flight from Singapore to Penang via AirAsia AK5802.

"There was a long line was at boarding gate D35 and when it finally came to my turn, I asked the officer manning the x-ray machine if the checking of bags after the x-ray could be done on a separate table.

"To my surprise, she told me that she was the only one trained to look at the machine as well as perform the inspection.

"Then she added rudely, 'If you want fast, take a fully-paid flight or better still, charter your own private jet."

"Is she mocking those who take AirAsia by calling them second-class?

"Must we put up with this kind of attitude because we are paying less?

"I am shocked at how rude and arrogant the CAAS staff was."

She's absolutely right! If you want to go budget - expect budget service.. don't expect to walk on red carpets...

Already wrote a complain to Changi airport group via email , official feedback form n AirAsia CEO Tony Fernandas , their initial reply is this officer are from CERTIS n are Changi airport SUBContractor , subcontract to CERTIS , they had Been inform and look into it . The officer at the boarding gate that make such comments is Miss Chen Pit Wan ,
My colleague witness the whole episode n have also written an official letter of complain

its wrong but it goes to show how many complaints and arrogant behaviour these people have to face on a daily basis.
Asians complain about everythng. !Soemtimes they just snap.
