STOMPer Matthew is upset that he was refused chilli powder sarcastically by a Mc Donald's employee at Springleaf Tower.
In an email today (Apr 21) the STOMPer wrote:
"I patronised the McDonald's at Springleaf Tower, 3 Anson Road for dinner yesterday (Apr 20). I ordered a McChicken Meal with an Iced Milo.
"The staff member asked me if I wanted to upsize my meal, to which I politely said 'no'.
"My meal came as a big disappointment as the same employee refused my request very rudely for a sachet of chilli powder! She very rudely told me that she couldn't give me the powder as it comes only if I order an upsized meal!
"The lady staff was rude and sarcastic. Is this McDonald's customer service? This is the second time I've gone to this outlet and got such poor service. The staff are very slow and not courteous at this outlet.
"McDonald's should provide them some kind of customer service training!"

Wat kind of customer service r u looking for exactly?
In the first place, The ts didn't upsize his/her meal n still got the cheeks to ask/demand for a satchet of chilli powder? N blame the crew for lousy service?
If making a din at mcdonald the ts gets wat he/she wants, then isn't unfair to others who opt to upsize?
Your parents and school should shame on you those never teach you the meaning of customer service and send you in this world to make a burden to others to explain to you..
Your company must be shame on you.
