STOMPer Chan is irked by the nonchalant attitude shown to him by a parking attendant at a ABC Market carpark, when he asked the man for help after the LCD monitor at exit displayed a fee of $175.91 for a 1-hour parking.
Said the STOMPer:
"When I was trying to exit a HDB carpark (after a 1-hr stay) run by Wilson Parking at the ABC Market near IKEA at about 1pm on April 5, a fee of $175.91 was flashed on the LCD display.
"When I asked the Wilson attendant to help, he simply said 'It's not my fault' and then insisted that I reverse my car when there were already more than 10 cars lined up back to back behind mine.
"After minutes of discussion, the attendant still continued with his couldn't-care-less attitude.
"The matter was finally resolved when my colleague called Wilson Parking at their central control station.
"The attendant had done nothing to help throughout the whole episode.
"I would be more than happy to provide all details to Wilson Parking management if they care about customer service."

The least he could help to do was to help this driver call the centre control right? What, so he doesn't know how to dial on the phone?
My personal opinion is that, it is a case of insufficient training + poor customer attitude, which must be improved.
