SingTel's mio TV down for 2 days and telco does nothing

SingTel's mio TV has been down for the second day now and it doesn't seem like SingTel is doing anything to resolve the problem, says STOMPer juljubee.
In an email to STOMP yesterday (Mar 2), the STOMPer said:
“SingTel's mio TV has not been working since the morning of Mar 1.
“Today is the second full day it has not been working in several areas.
“The set-top box light blinks all the time.
“SingTel's way of dealing with this is worse.
“There has been no automatic message on the Hotline about this failure. The website also mentions nothing about it.”

Read the terms and conditions. It generally says that no refund or whatsoever will be awarded in acts of gods, down time, and all those unforeseen circumstances .Singtel has the sole discretion to alter any of the t & c without your consent

Singtel never care their customer services after sale. All they know is charging ppl asap they can to get benefit... Once you registered with them, like being lock up in jail for 2 years!

you think they care if you tell them you not paying? Singtel only suck customer dry and laugh at one corner, thats what they are strong at!

my mio tv keeps hanging and when contacted all they said that it was "normal" and starhub also goes thru the same thing.
