SingTel's mio Tv has been down for almost a day but no technical support has been available to rectify this problem, says STOMPer kenmoo.

This STOMPer says:

"It's been almost 24hrs or maybe 48hrs for others and SingTel's mio TV has been down islandwide.

"No technical support, press release or even online support has been made available at this time.

"This is bad. It shows communication failure from a world class standard country's telco."

Singtel cheat ppl money one. Internet lousy mobile lousy mio tv also lousy and also cause we singaporeans not able to watch world cup.

i signed up mio tv for the internet end land line. i never dwitch on the mio tv channels as it sucks. the chinese movies are 50 yrs old. nothing modern like scv

Why do people still bother with Singtel? If we ALL moved from Singtel to other companies, then they will wake up.

i remember reading in one of the feedback that it was mentioned that starhub also have the same problem.

i have been using the full range of starhub services since 2007...sure the hell don't remember facing any of this kind of problem!

i dumped starhub as my mobile operator after POed by their bad CS attitude!

Since that SingTel only know how to say sorry then lift up their butt to go away but don't know how to solve all these problem... Pls discontinue singtel plan than make you stuck like a jail for 2 years! There is maybe other services that can do better.

I dun even know dat mio tv was down as i felt that it sucks big time, never on it for 2 months already since 30 days free preview is up after i sign up for EPL package. Luckly i'm still holding on to Starhub TV. As for BB, i can feel the pinch coz my area sometimes super slow... Planning to switch back to Starhub after 2 years of tie down...
