STOMPer Mun Cheng is upset with the poor service provided at the Malaysian High Commission. The STOMPer reached there early, but was not entertained.
Said the STOMPer:
"They only accept 150 applicants per day.
"I reached there at 8am and wasn’t within 150 applicants.
"The website indicates that it opens at 8am.
"The security guards were very rude and they should let us make an appointment. Wasted my time and effort making this trip."

I have just renewed and collected my passport a week ago.
Some of security guards are nice, normal and just doing their job normally. But there are some that are mis-using their position, very rude, verbally abusive, and bullying.
Who they think they are !? They are just security guards, and not even under direct employment of Malaysia High Com. They are just workers under another security company - a contractor.
I felt angry and sad - The image of Malaysia High Com. is being "dirtied" by these bad security guards.
BTW, security's job is SECURITY and not secretary where they cannot make appointment for you. Do get your fact correct b4 you complain or make noise.
Compare High Comm and other parts of Malaysia, you cannot deny the fact that it is more systematic. I got my last passport done about 2 years ago and personally, it was hazzel free.
Some people told me not to go and Fridays, so I went on a Tuesday. Reached entrance at 8.30am got a form and pass to get into the compound. Follow signs and KPO around, oh, got to take photo first b4 your Q number would speed up the process... Follow the photo Q and find a place to sit down then fill up your form. After that, just wait for your number to be called.
