STOMPer Mun Cheng is upset with the poor service provided at the Malaysian High Commission. The STOMPer reached there early, but was not entertained.

Said the STOMPer:

"They only accept 150 applicants per day.

"I reached there at 8am and wasn’t within 150 applicants.

"The website indicates that it opens at 8am.

"The security guards were very rude and they should let us make an appointment. Wasted my time and effort making this trip."

I don't think some of the security guards are just doing their job, or just following instruction.

I have just renewed and collected my passport a week ago.

Some of security guards are nice, normal and just doing their job normally. But there are some that are mis-using their position, very rude, verbally abusive, and bullying.

Who they think they are !? They are just security guards, and not even under direct employment of Malaysia High Com. They are just workers under another security company - a contractor.

I felt angry and sad - The image of Malaysia High Com. is being "dirtied" by these bad security guards.

I m sori to hear that you have wasted your time at the Malaysian High Comm. The guard was only following the instruction and there was nothing he could do about it. You know in Malaysia, I think it is even worst but nobody make noise. Her you complain and post. What do you expect our authority to do. Slap the guard for following the stupid instruction. No way mann

Agree with mumaze2002.. they are just doing their job.
BTW, security's job is SECURITY and not secretary where they cannot make appointment for you. Do get your fact correct b4 you complain or make noise.
Compare High Comm and other parts of Malaysia, you cannot deny the fact that it is more systematic. I got my last passport done about 2 years ago and personally, it was hazzel free.
Some people told me not to go and Fridays, so I went on a Tuesday. Reached entrance at 8.30am got a form and pass to get into the compound. Follow signs and KPO around, oh, got to take photo first b4 your Q number would speed up the process... Follow the photo Q and find a place to sit down then fill up your form. After that, just wait for your number to be called.

How many times have u come and renew your passport???? Do u think it is the security officers fault not to allow u to enter???? They are just following instruction. Please do have some common sense. They are just doing their job and they are just following instruction.

Don't even have a b***dy WebSite, went there to get some signature to be endorsed, after joining long queue to collect the pass (thk God not raining), waited in the consular room for another 45 mins, when our turn came, told us they cannot endorse the form and have to make another appointment to go back again as the person in charge not around...*#$%^&*, how on earth do I know what kind of form they can endorsed??? To make matter worst, keep telling me if want to do, go JB... :( I told her no time to go JB, again she said if urgent go JB, I told her not urgent...I want to do here!!!!! Gave her my number to make appointment, what kind of service is this????
