STOMPer ST was shocked when red dye kept dripping off her forehead, and when she made a complaint to the salon, the staff told her sarcastically that she should make a police report.

In an email to STOMP today (Feb 10), the STOMPer says:

“I went to Sn1p Avenue hair salon in Hougang to lodge a complaint because the red dye kept dripping off my forehead when I perspired.

“This happened even until the 4th day.

“To my horror, the manager told me not to choose a red shade if I do not want the fading to happen. They also said that there’s nothing they can do about it.

“Then they said sarcastically that I can file a police report if I am dissatisfied about it.

“Just look at the dye dripping off on the fourth day!”

aiyo why nowsaday salon service are so bad can’t imagine how can they still survive business in this 20 century better close shop to avoid more victim lol this stomp reminded me of the one salon at toa payoh lor 1 their service is exactly alike hairstylists have really bad service! The girl can even accidently minor cut your skin when cutting your hair and no apologized but still insisted that was your own pimples my god! DONT EVER GO TO THIS HAIRSALON TOO!!!! IF NOT YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Aiyoh. How to stay in business like that. Never do damaged control when they are clearly at fault. Hope this news will spread and make sure that salon close shop soon.

don't be cheapo
go to a good salon
or if you're that desparate
buy a colouring box and DIY
i suggest u go to a professional salon NOW and ask them so do something about it
and tell this lady to shut the fu*ck up

Haiya.. what so difficult to dye your hair. Just dip your hair into the toilet bowl and flush it.. Sure come out nice color.. hahaha...
