Rude staff chases us out of cinema after blackout without explanation

When STOMPer Polite wanted an explanation from a cinema staff on why they were told to leave the theatre after a power shutdown, they were chased out rudely.
The STOMPer said:
"When a certain cinema experienced a power shutdown, and the reason could not be found, customers who were told to wait, were chased out of cinema as the next batch of customers needed to be entertained.
"When explanation was asked for, we were told that we should not be making their life harder for them.
"A cinema attendant said 'Do you want me to ask the minister to come down to apologise? Because he is the one who owns this place'.
"Is this how staff are trained to react?"
STOMP is getting more details from the STOMPer.

@iluvstomp5- lawl minister. that cinema so pathetic?? no backup power??and just becoz of a blackout, 50+ to 100+ people go there for nothin they pay for nothin.. and they get back in return is staff's lousy attitude when they demand for explanation.. and no security guard go help settle.. and someone should call the police becoz these = daylight robbery.. pay but nothin in return ..
