Got service or not?
$9.80 for Nasi Padang? Our food courts are really overcharging customers

STOMPer Joseph feels that the Nasi Padang at a food court in ION shopping mall is overpriced. He bought two plates of Nasi Padang, one costing $8.80, while the other, $9.80.

He said:

"These two plates of Nasi Padang at ION food court cost $8.80 and $9.80.

"This is not the first time I've seen mixed rice being overpriced.

"Somehow you still feel the pinch of having to pay for such pricey meals at a food court.

"I was once charged $12.80 for a plate of 'mixed economy curry rice' at Food Republic Vivocity!"

The stupid Price Board is also misleading. It was written 1 set meal( 1 meat, 1 veg) $5.50. But...if you order bean sprouts and ikan bilis and rice only, it will cost $5.50 + $1.20. Set meal doesnt include rice why called "set meal"?

I suggest you to bring some handy instant noodle in the near future... just pay 20 cents for hot water only...
