Stuck Flashpay card: Kiosk retained card because of security feature, says NETS

Responding to STOMPer Truly Disappointed's complaint, a spokesperson from NETS explains that the 'stuck' Flashpay card was retracted by the kiosk as part of its built-in security feature. NETS has since arranged to deliver the card back to the STOMPer.
In the email response:
"Our investigations show that the card was dispensed during the transaction, but was not taken by the customer.
"The card was subsequently retracted by the kiosk as part of its built-in security feature.
"It is possible the customer may have missed the location of the card dispenser, which is at the lower half of the kiosk.
"NETS has since contacted the customer and arranged to deliver the card to her, as per her request.

This is always a worry for cashless transition in everyone. Let give them a chance to improve the machine there is stay backward always.

waw piang! never explain the "poor customer service" and sounds like the Stomper as "kayu" dont know how to use the machine! reply sounds so defensive!
