How can? Seat with no cushion assigned to me on Tiger Airways plane
Tweet
A STOMPer was shocked by the rude treatment her family received during a Tiger Airways flight. The clincher: the seats they got did not even have cushions to sit on.
Here's what the angry STOMPer wrote in an email today (Sep 15):
"I just got off a Tiger Airways flight with my elderly parents.
"Imagine the seats they assigned to us. The seats had no base cushions.
"The cabin crew were also very rude and did not bother to assist us.
"A complaint to Tiger Airways has yielded no reply or explanations. They don't seem to even have a contact number for their corporate office.
"Real budget in every sense."

They do not have appetite for complaints. No way your complaint will reach them. Ground staff are not employees, just contract vendors, can't help u much. Call centre is 3rd party agents. Waste of time talking to them. Known to be rude, put u on hold for hours and will never call u back. There's no way they can or will escalate your case, no matter what. There's no direct telephone no. or email to contact the company. No office to walk-in. You can only write in to a PO Box address (see their website) and pray they receive your letter. They didn't reply me after 2 mths. It's the perfect business model to shut out all complaints and request for refund, and laugh their way to the bank with your $. Will be highlighting their tactics to CPIB, CAD, MOT, MTI, CAAS, STB, SGX, etc. An endangered species will be extinct soon.

Has anyone asked the passenger whether he got another seat and flew on the same flight? If another seat was allocated to replace the damaged one, lets put a stop to this senseless convesration. People pay low fares and expect Rolls Royce service! Give me a break.

Stomper should bring this case on Strait Times and New Paper Main page . . . Since the Civil Aviation Authority and Tiger Air not going to comment their Low-class Service.
