Dangling power socket, hot like sauna: Didn't driver check condition of bus before departure?

STOMPer Stanley said this bus with a dangling power socket endangered the lives of passengers.

He said:

"Why are we paying for the increasing bus fare when we are putting our lives in danger while travelling on this
'TIB 837 K' of BUS no 187?

"Please refer to the photo of the dangling power socket and light tubes.

"Shouldn't the bus driver have checked the condition of the bus before departure from the interchange?

"Also, the air-con in this bus was not working!

"I cannot believe this is an 'air con bus'!

"More like a MOVING SAUNA CABIN!"

faulty aircon is a common occurrence in buses not only SMRT...guess having aircon means having the unit there!

it not power socket. it is the ballast for the light tube. the condition was very bad. hope the SMRT double check.
