STOMPer Joanna purchased a bi-fold door bracket for her toilet door from a shop and although the size was different the shop assistant insisted it would fit. The STOMPer went home but it could not fit, and the shop assistant refused to grant her an exchange and instead said 'Talking to you, I can vomit blood'.

Said Joanna:

"Please look at the size! Is it similar?

"One of the shops in Marsiling claimed it is similar and would not exchange for a new piece at the same price for me.

"I purchased it this afternoon (8 Aug) for $32 (for my toilet door) and the shop assistant in Marsiling claimed I am able to exchange it if the size is different.

"I had highlighted to them the big difference in size but they insisted saying the sizes are the same, so I decided to try my luck.

"I went home and tried but to no avail.

"I went down immediately to Marsiling again but they still insisted that the size of the screw they gave is right, it's just that we do not know how to fix it.

"They still argued and told us off saying that we are not entitled to an exchange.

"The female shop assistant still said this: 'Talking to you, I can vomit blood' (of course being translated from Mandarin).

"What's with the attitude? Isn't it obvious that both of them are not the same size at all?

"Moreover and most importantly, I brought the sample along to them when I purchased it and they can't see the difference?

"The reason I posted it here is for people to be aware of this shop. I hope everyone that read this will be careful next time."
