STOMPer Crazy Job was left dismayed by the poor service his friend received at a Singtel outlet at West Mall in Bukit Batok Central. Despite a long queue of customers, only three counters, out of a total of 16, were opened.
The STOMPer wrote:
"These pictures were taken at Singtel's outlet at West Mall, Bukit Batok Central at about 11am today (Jun 28, 2012).
"I accompanied my friend to buy a new phone and also renew his 2 years contract with Singtel.
"We went to the machine to get our queue number and waited for 30 minutes before someone attended to us.
"What was disappointing was that there were 16 counters but only 3 of them were open.
"There was a long queue but the staff took their own sweet time in spite of the queue and children running all over the place.
"If this is the type of efficiency then it is time for me to contemplate moving to a new service operator if Singtel customers are deemed to be the least important in a big company with thousands of customers."

This guy really cheapo ,just want to get $50 payout form stomp website..This is what i heard ,if input news in stomp can get $50.
This guy take photos at one angle and why not the other angle.He better take photo that the shop have not even open then say nobody serve him lo.Its kind of bo liao leh and also where are the children running around ?? they running outside ,inside or in your house. Waited for 30 min,come on please leh,are you stupid or what ,wait for 30 mins and you cannot check or you dont know how to use the machine? Use your brain leh.
