STOMPer Crazy Job was left dismayed by the poor service his friend received at a Singtel outlet at West Mall in Bukit Batok Central. Despite a long queue of customers, only three counters, out of a total of 16, were opened.
The STOMPer wrote:
"These pictures were taken at Singtel's outlet at West Mall, Bukit Batok Central at about 11am today (Jun 28, 2012).
"I accompanied my friend to buy a new phone and also renew his 2 years contract with Singtel.
"We went to the machine to get our queue number and waited for 30 minutes before someone attended to us.
"What was disappointing was that there were 16 counters but only 3 of them were open.
"There was a long queue but the staff took their own sweet time in spite of the queue and children running all over the place.
"If this is the type of efficiency then it is time for me to contemplate moving to a new service operator if Singtel customers are deemed to be the least important in a big company with thousands of customers."
