An employee of a jewellery store mistakenly called up a STOMPer's wife to collect a bracelet meant as her surprise birthday present.
The STOMPer said:
"My wife's birthday is coming soon and I was planning to give her a surprise present from Pandora.
"I decided to purchase a bracelet and a few charms from Pandora's Tampines outlet on Monday (4 June), and served by a staff personnel named Sarah.
"As one of the charms which I wanted was out of stock, she needed to order it from another outlet and promised to call me once the item arrived.
"She asked me to fill in my name and contact number on her order form.
"In the meantime, she also asked me to fill a membership form which she recommended to complete with my wife's details, for the purpose of future purchases and point accumulation.
"I really regretted doing so!
"To my surprise, on Wednesday morning (6 June), a Pandora staff personnel named Sheng Nan, called my wife instead to collect the bracelet.
"My wife was surprised and asked me about it, while I had no choice but to admit that it was me who ordered the bracelet.
"Thank you Pandora for ruining my wife's birthday surprise!"
