STOMPer InGodITrust is disappointed with the service level of Certis Cisco officers at the airport. When he passed an immigration form left behind by a passenger to two female officers, they simply threw it into the dustbin.
Said the STOMPer:
"I came back from overseas on yesterday (April 30) and was at T1, Belt 19, at 2005 hours collecting my luggage.
"I saw a Singapore Immigration Form IMM 27E on the floor and obviously it belonged to a passenger.
"I saw two Certis Cisco policewomen standing at a corner, beside a dustbin, chatting.
"I walked over and handed the IMM 27E to one of them and asked her to make an announcement to see if the passenger was still at the airport to collect his/her IMM 27E.
"It would cause the passenger a lot of trouble if he/she did not have the form when leaving Singapore.
"The Certis Cisco policewoman was very polite and said she would handle it.
"I walked away to Belt 19 again to wait for my bags but noticed that the two policewomen were still chatting without doing anything.
"After about 10 minutes, I collected by bags and while turning to leave, the policewomen were nowhere to be found.
"I had a strange feeling and walked over to the dustbin.
"True enough, the IMM 27E was inside the bin. I picked it up and approached another two officers at the door just before leaving the restricted area of the airport.

I don't trust them holding a gun.
