'Bugis hairstylist cuts my ear, but doesn't even give me a refund or compensation'
STOMPer Yeo was disappointed with the service he received at a hair salon in Bugis. After a hairstylist accidentally cut his ear, the salon did not even give him any form of compensation or refund.
Said the STOMPer:
"I went to Essensuals hair salon at Bugis at about 8pm yesterday (April 30) and had my ear cut by a female hair stylist.
"One male hairstylist tried to stop the bleeding went back to his video game after a while.
"I asked them if that was all they would do, and I received no refund or compensation at all.
"They didn't even ask me if I needed medical attention.
"I am terribly disappointed with their service."

THEY ARE THE WORST.
I was told that this lady is my hair dresser and i requested for like senior hairstylist AND I PAID FOR IT.
and for cut,wash and dye it took them 4HOURS because halfway the senior hairstylist went to serve another customer and they asked a junior hairstylist to do my hair.
TOTALLY ANNOYED & im never going back there again.
