How can stall charge $6.50 for salted egg, potatoes and sausage?

STOMPer irene ordered mixed rice with salted egg, a potato and sausages from a stall in a food court and was quoted $6.50 for the meal.

Said the STOMPer:

"Unreasonable charges.

"This is Republic food court at 313 Somerset, the stall selling mixed rice is so expensive and I don't know how they calculate their food prices.

"I selected one salted egg and one fried potato and hotdogs and they told me $6.50.

"So I ask them how do they charge, and this lady serving me scolded me 'noisy' and asked someone else to serve me.

"So this man came to serve me and scooped away a few pieces of hotdog and charged me $4.50...

"What is this? By scooping away a few pieces of hotdog, they charged me $2 less!

"I'm so fed up...How do they actually charge? Please don't visit this stall!"
