Gina first met Yvonne when she comforted her after the latter was scolded by their history teacher. Little did they know, they would become best friends.
Gina elaborates:
"Her name is Yvonne , and my name is Gina .
"She is 18 and I'm 17.
"She is the most awesome friend I have met even since I left primary school and proceeded to secondary school.
"I can say the way we saw each other was quite a funny incident.
"She was a foreigner from another country and had travelled to Singapore to further her studies in 2009.
"I remember clearly, when it was the start of secondary two, we had a few new students came in to our class who were either being promoted or dropped down by academic level.
"We had a fierce and strict history teacher and during her lesson the class was in a total silence.
"It was Yvonne's turn to answer the question.
"But she couldn't answer any, our frustrated history teacher scolded her.
"It was then everyone attention was to this new student.
"After history lesson it was our break-time, so my group of friend and me went over to comfort her.
"She introduced herself to us.
"It has been 4 years since I met her.
"She is the only one I could pour all my heart out to talk with, my family issues, my relationship issues, she was the only one I can rely one and trusted with.
"She is my favourite shopping mate, I missed the time where we always hang out together, since we already graduate last year.
"She likes to call me Nana.
"It was a funny way to be called but I love it!
"I am writing in this to share with everyone how I cherish her and wish her good luck for the upcoming O levels!
"I would always hug her after our meeting session ends.
"I just can't imagine how my life will be without her.
"She is like my angel girl.
"I just wanted to tell her, thank you so much for your appearance.
"I love you babe!"
