Man wears 'obscene' underwear in public at Clementi
A STOMPer saw a middle-aged man wearing only his undies and a black T-shirt at Block 708 Clementi West Street 2.
The STOMPer wrote:
"We saw this sickening man wearing an obscene piece of underwear and black T-shirt with a white cap and a bag.
"Very gross!
"This was seen at Blk 708 Clementi West Street 2."

hmmm how come i see lots of girls wearing similar shorts or even shorts that are worse than this but yet nvr see them kena stomp?? gender discrimination?? unless there was a hole in his shorts and his package was out in the open i don't see a problem....
