Silly of poly student to risk his life by sitting on parapet

This youth was seen sitting dangerously on the edge of a parapet at Singapore Polytechnic.

STOMPer Jason, who was concerned when he saw the youth, said:

"This afternoon, I was with my friends walking past our library when we spotted the guy in the photo sitting precariously on the parapet on the highest level.

"He seemed to be in a daze as he sat there. I strongly feel that this behaviour is extremely risky. What if he falls?

"Singapore Poly should really install some barriers to prevent this from occurring and advise all students not to engage in such risky behaviour.

"I hope that this could be publish so as to create public awareness of risky behaviour of teens."
