Boy shouldn't be allowed to wear army cap openly in public

STOMPer Jin Yuan feels that this boy should not have been allowed to wear the army cap.

Said the STOMPer:

"I think it is inappropriate for this boy to anyhow take his brother's army cap to wear it in public.

"I saw this small boy at the temple at about 2pm (Jan 22)."
