STOMPer Ted saw a group of boys in their school attire publicly playing a card game.

Said the STOMPer:

"I saw a group of boys in their school PE t-shirt gambling in public.

"I was going home from SAFRA Mount Faber when I noticed a group of boys gambling in public."

Ummm ok so they are playing cards. there are no chips on the table, it doesn't look like they are betting now does it. Believe it or not teens can play cards without getting a gambling problem. its a fun way to pass the time and very entertaining! so I think you need to calm down stomper because its a game. It doesn't always involve betting. Everybody plays card games as fun, if you think its a gambling issue, then I think you have a gambling problem because you can't see anything but gambling
