What's wrong with these people? Guy steals not one, but two supermart trolleys

STOMPer Kev saw this man who had apparently taken not one, but two trolleys home.

Said the STOMPer:

"I saw this guy pushing two empty NTUC trolleys down the road, towards the direction of the NTUC.

"Probably going for another shopping trip bedore pushing the trolleys back home.

"What is wrong with people these days? They should seriously stop doing this."

the only way to stop is problem is perhaps taking hard actions against them. fine or even prosecute them.

with the possibility of getting fined or even prosecuted to court and jailed it will deter most, if not all of them from doing this.

but supermarkets seems to allows this to happen that's why this problem is getting more and more serious.

Technically he paid a dollar for both the trolleys. :p. So technically this is not thief in certain sense.

He saw 2 trolleys left on the street and he is kind hearted enough to help push them back to where it shd belong?
