Man steals newspaper right from Hougang resident's doorstep

STOMPer DONTESTME caught this man stealing a newspaper from his doorstep at Hougang.

The STOMPer recounted:

"This uncle was caught by CCTV camera early in the morning at Hougang Blk 439 stealing a newspaper."

Just to give u an example . If you are a male and you trip and fell in a Female's toilet , would you complain to the management of the buildng that the floor is slippery ? Please do think before u make a comments

Hi outofcontrol ,
Please kindly take a closer look at the 1st picture . A man of his size can walk freely on the pathway without any problem . How can you say that it is blocking the passage way ? And if you see clearer , the shoe rack actually sits inside the groove . If it is really blocking the way , probably this cheapo thief will stumble when he steals my newspaper !

I don't intend to catch you . My objective is to shame and humiliate you . So to shame and humiliate you nationwide I have already accomplished my intention .
