Sentosa lifeguard scares beachgoers with 'stunts' instead of keeping them safe

This lifeguard at Sentosa's Tanjong Beach was apparently performing 'stunts' at his lifeguard post.

STOMPer Kok Cheng wrote:

"Is this lifeguard waiting to rescue others, other waiting to be rescued?

"On Sunday (Dec 4) at Tanjong Beach on Sentosa, I spotted this lifeguard performing 'gymnastics' at his lifeguard post.

"The tourists on the beach looked worried at the sight.

"Lifeguards ought to keep a constant lookout for any signs of trouble on the beach, instead of doing irresponsible things like this.

"What if the lifeguard injures himself while performing these 'stunts', and is unable to go the rescue of someone in trouble?"
