What on earth is she doing? Girl peeps into toilet cubicle in public library

A STOMPer was appalled to see this girl peeping into a toilet cubicle in a library in the east.

The STOMPer said over the phone:

"I just entered the toilet when I saw this girl peeping into the cubicle.

"I don't know who she is.

"I was shocked and took a photo of the incident.

"I don't know what she was trying to do."

In my sec sch days, i once disturb my friend in suntec toilet by waving into the cubicle next to mine n just said out loud 'hello hello!' it was those small toilet with only 2 cubicles.

When I came out of my cubicle, I saw my friend already out. It was then I realised the cubicle was occupied by another lady alrd.
