Sly shoplifting couple: Woman distracts shop owner while man steals earpiece

STOMPer FD said this couple stole an earpiece from his mobile phone shop. He caught them in the act on CCTV.

Said the STOMPer:

"I caught this couple who just stole a $19.90 earpiece from my handphone shop on Sep 19 at about 4.08pm.

"One of them tried to detach one of the items to distract me while the other person placed the earpieces in his pocket.

"I realised the earpiece was missing when my customer called back for reservation for that particular earpiece.

"I remember the earpiece was the last piece that I had displayed earlier on.

"So I replayed my CCTV which confirmed that the couple had stolen it.

"Earlier, they had come into my shop a few times, but at that point of time, there were customers.

"They only came in later on when ther was not much of a crowd left.

"It's not about the money issue, but I just want to warn all shop owners to beware of this couple."
