Call this security? Guard continues to sleep even when guest enters guard room

STOMPer Raian was upset to find this security guard sleeping away in the guard room after he had waited for 15 minutes at the reception of a private apartment.

The STOMPer described:

"A few weeks ago, I arranged for a friend from overseas to stay in a private apartment in West Coast for the weekend.

"As he had a late arrival at the airport, we had to check in the middle in the night.

"Upon reaching the apartment's reception counter, we could not find anyone to help check us in.

"After 15 minutes of waiting, I had to knock on the door of the security room and I found this.

"The fella did not even realise I was already in the room, which makes me question how safe this place is.

"Anyway, a Chinese officer came to settle our check-in later, and this fella was still sound asleep!"

You wanna complaint, do it in correct channel. Don't become champion by posting it everywhere. God give you brain to think correctly, not to spoil others life!!!!!

The guy was snoozing alone in the guard room with cctv screens, by the looks of it. If any blokes trespass in the area with intent to break-in and the security guy was not alert to the cameras, would you want to be the victim of the oncoming break-in? he should be accompanied with another guard in that room if he wants to sleep on duty

This guy probable work 2 x 12 hours shift in a row 24 hours. Cos not enough manpower. Many agency are like that. Blame the guy who also needs the money cos he is a Malaysian. Only Malaysian are will to work 24 - 36 hours in a row.
