Man in see-through briefs: Zoo will consider implementing dress code

Singapore Zoo is looking at implementing guidelines on appropriate attire at its Rainforest Kidzworld, after a man was spotted by STOMPer Joanne playing on the premises, wearing only his soaked, see-through briefs.

This a statement from Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS), the parent company of Singapore Zoo, in response to a posting about the incident in STOMP.

A WRS spokesperson said:

"Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS) refers to the photo submitted to STOMP Singapore, 'Man plays in front of children at the Zoo -- clad in just wet, see-through underwear' by a STOMPer on 26 June 2011.

"At Rainforest Kidzworld, we do not enforce a specific dress code nor age limit for people visiting our water playground.

"However, signs around the play area advise visitors to keep a close watch on their children while they are using the facilities. Our park staff also regularly patrol the area to check on the wellbeing of our guests.

"Unfortunately, we did not spot this particular incident and we extend our apologies to our guests who were upset by it. We place utmost importance on the safety, welfare and comfort of all our visitors.

"We have since informed our staff at Rainforest Kidzworld to be more cautious and vigilant. We are also looking at implementing guidelines on appropriate attire for those enjoying our facilities at Rainforest Kidzworld."

Relax lah, he has his sensitive parts covered. I am sure he meant no ill intention except to cool off with his family members.
How is this compared to women who parade in skimpy bikinis in front of millions of viewers in so called beauty peagents

His underpants do not appear transparent in the pics. If he was wearing a skimpy pair of speedos, or a woman in a 2-piece, you would be equally disgusted.

Kids strip off naked and change into their swimmers right there in public, don't talk rubbish about someone wearing underpants, this topic was nothing but another racial attack.
