Wardens park illegally, leave engine running while they book others

This car was parked on the double-yellow line and its engine was left running, while its occupants, apparently parking wardens, booked other vehicles for parking offences, said STOMPer Francis.

The STOMPer saw this at Blk 24a Sin Ming Road.

In the STOMPer's report:

"A Chubb vehicle (SGA6417D) was seen parking on the double-yellow line near the exit of a multi-storey carpark at Blk 24a Sin Ming Road.

"Two men, who were not in uniform, claimed to be on duty and were issuing parking summonses.

"Why park there with the engine on, when there are so many empty lots around.

"Even police on emergency duty would not do that.

"When I took pictures of them and the vehicle, one of them told me to go ahead and complain."

This is just a small case. Anyone ever seen police patrol car parking along Bayfront Avenue "DOUBLE YELLOW ZIQZAQ LINES' towards Raffles Avenue just slightly after Marina Bay Sands Casino and before the bus stop? NOBODY WAS IN THE CAR, ENGINES OFF PLUS NO HAZARD LIGHTS. So can we the civilian issue out summons to the authority? Next time if i encounter this type of "CARS" i will snap. Anyone cares to join me?

What kind of traffic warden does that... Books others for parking illigally and causing obstruction, but they themselves did it... what a shame... The pot calling the kettle black... The *****s need to be taught a lesson... Report them to HDB.

78revenge - you have not answer me yet, what an eht and wat is a nopo and wat is dyl? is this warden terms use by u? btw in your ealier post u posted you was approached by a warden who advised you not to parked at the dyl? so were u riding a bicycle then? one more think carrier is spelt as career. pls since you have ample free time, go and take up an english course.

Sham2209- how do you kno i have a car and have outstanding fine? Are you currently working as a car park efc? So you are one of the parking pontianak. Huh. Bro, my advise to you change ur carrier, don waste ur time and future. You'll see, the carpark will employ those bangladesh to issue nopo to us.
