STOMPer Collin has finally managed to catch this perpetrator in the act of breaking into his girlfriend's room after her undergarments went missing on several occasions.

The STOMPer reveals:

"I have been trying to catch this person for a long time.

"My girlfriend's undergarments were stolen time and time again.

"Despite having taken precautions now, she still discovered that her room was always messed up whenever she returned.

"She lives in a shared flat in a HDB building and the most obvious suspect is the guy is in the video who is the owner's son.

"He is a man nearing his forties.

"I came up with an idea to keep watch on her room's entrance twenty-four hours a day using her laptop and a live-streaming and recording program.

"Just within two days, I managed to catch this guy entering her room suspiciously.

"We've tried making a police report but as you can see from the video, we did not get a good shot of his face so the police said it's not good evidence.

"We are still thinking of other ways to catch this guy but unfortunately, we lack the tools and innovation on how to do so as we're not investigators in any way.

"We also do not wish to confront this guy as he performs some kind of spiritual ritual and chants in a black robe everyday after he wakes up and before he sleeps, so we don't wish to end up being cursed before he gets caught.

"I hope this video here serves as a warning to others out there."
