A STOMPer caught a woman repeatedly caning a dog with what seemed to be a feather duster, not stopping even when the dog was shrieking in pain.

Said the STOMPer:

"This lady lives at Woodlands Block 683D, opposite my block.

"She is the owner (along with her partner) of a dog which frequently howls in the early mornings and occasional afternoons, as if it wants out.

"But who can blame it as what's shown in this video -- the female owner frequently canes and abuses the dog, easily several times a week.

"The lady should be contacted for animal abuse."

To ADD ON for the authorities: Extreme pet abusers ought to be seriously punished till it affects their future n inconvenient their life..

dear Stomper..Pls do a good deed by reporting your opposite block neighbour to the authorities. This kind of moronic owner deserves to be punished by the law. I wonder whether she will treat her own kids this way if they dont understand her language. Why would you want to have a pet n yet cane them like hell when they dont even understand our human language?? PLS REPORT HER ASAP!!

wow! this post deserve to be in the Most Commented! The woman is already lucky that her face is not really recognisable...But then, can you actually take video of your neighbour like this? The one who took the video can easily argue that the frequency of the whacking is high. But I'm sure this guy must have put a video recorder almost permanently towards his neighbour to capture this. Who knows what his intention was in the first place???

why on earth do people keep animals as PETS, we call them PETS because we love them, when they find them a bother and abuse them? brainless people?? i wonder why they have them in the first place?! totally brainless.
