STOMPer Lemonjuice spotted this youth smoking in a shopping centre. Apparently, the youth even smirked at him when the STOMPer snapped photos of him.
The STOMPer said in an email:
"I spotted an unruly teenager smoking at Bukit Timah Shopping Centre about 2 weeks back and his actions disgust me.
"What is NEA doing?
"I hope they catch this guy soon and I highly doubt he is even at the legal age to smoke.
"He even gave a smirk when I took pictures of him and didn't seem to care.
"This makes me suspect that he was drunk or high."

This bugger probably jus trying to get stomped thats why smile at you. Then he can go and act to all his 'frens' kena stomped all. You now stomp him only doing him a favour. next time you should just tell the guard or hell, if i were you I'd just ask follow him and guailan his backside. Like first talk loud loud, when he go out of the mall light up a cigg then blow at his direction, or better, in his face.

Ask the joker smoke in places like Vivo or ION lah, see what happens. He not drunk or high, if not got report of escalator death already. Sober like mad.
