Certis CISCO has taken disciplinary action against the Enforcement Officer who had left his bike in the handicap lot.

This reply came after a STOMPer saw a Certis CISCO officer leaving his bike in a handicap lot while catching a nap at a void deck nearby.

Certis CISCO said in its reply:

"We refer to the post 'Certis CISCO leaves scooter in handicap lot to snooze at void deck nearby' on 05 Mar 2010.

"Following the post, we have investigated and would like to clarify that the two photos were taken on two separate occasions.

"The photo of the warden taking a nap at the void deck was posted on 7 July 2008, 'Traffic warden sleeps at void deck in uniform' under 'Caught in the Act'.

"Following the post, disciplinary action was taken against the officer.

"He has not made the same mistake since the incident.

"The photo of the motorbike parked in the handicap lot was taken in the Katong area on 5 March.

"Our Enforcement Officer responsible explained that he was updating his pocket book at that time, but in sight of the bike and able to shift it when necessary.

"However, he admitted that he should not have misused the lot.

"As a company, we do not condone such misconduct and have since taken disciplinary action against him."
