STOMPer ccho saw this man charging a device that was hidden in his bag at a MRT station. He wonders if people are actually permitted to do this.

The STOMPer said in an email:

"This man was charging his handphone or a device hidden in his bag at Toa Payoh MRT Station.

"His bag was placed on the floor and he pretended to look around.

"This picture was taken today (March 6) at around 1.30pm.

"Are we allowed to do this?"
