This driver was seen throwing an empty cigarette pack onto the road. According to STOMPer David, he was constantly littering while travelling from Dunearn Road to Bukit Timah.

The STOMPer says:

"Today I saw this driver throwing litter out of his car from Dunearn Rd all the way to Bukit Timah Shopping Centre.

"The final straw was when he threw an empty pack of Marlboros from his car onto the road.

"What an inconsiderate driver!

"The next time you see this car, honk at him and tell him you know what he did on the 2nd of March 2010."

This is interesting;

1st- No driving with one hand on mobile. (Doesn't it equates to one hand on cigarette?) Worse still I don't see driver throwing out their hp after a call but i most certainly do see ALL drivers flicking out their still lighted cigarette onto the road!

2nd- Littering is definitely an offence. (Why is it that no drivers have ever been fined for smoking since they are surly to flick their fire hazard cigarette butts around?)

chylia666 , I do agree. I have seen many times, drivers will litter after smoking. This is a heart burning social problem.

this aint that bad.My good friend and I occasionally receive a lighted cigarette butt flicked off from drivers who just finish smoking while driving. It burns at our hands when we ride our motorcycles.It is a sudden intense sharp burning pain on the hand that can cause us to lose control of our bike.
