A Facebook group, complete with a poll, was set up two days ago in support of the girl who was molested at the New Year's Eve countdown party at Siloso Beach. In the poll, which asked if the girl deserved to be molested, 61 per cent of the votes said no, while 39 per cent said yes.
In just two days since its creation on January 6, the Facebook group already has more than 1,500 members.
STOMPer Brandon, who came across the group, said:
"There is much backlash caused by the RazorTV interview when some guys said that the girl deserved to be molested by the four men.
"Comments range from she should expect it, to why she did not dress more sensibly.
"The backlash was equally harsh as many people condemned those who think that the girl deserved it.
"Many of these people also joint the newly-set up Facebook Group:“She Did Not Deserve to be Molested at Siloso Beach” in support of this girl.
"It is amazing how chivalrous Singaporeans can be when so many of them stood up for the girl.
"Within 2 days, the group already garnered about 1,500 members.
"I wonder if these same Singaporeans will really be so brave as to stand up for the girl if they were standing right there during the incident.
"After all, talk is cheap."
Since the story was posted in STOMP, many netizens have speculated that the girl is in fact a transsexual.
Police says that the victim has not made any police report.
RazorTV spoke to people on the street about the incident.
Watch their responses:
"She deserved it!"
"I would've slapped him!"

UNQUOTE:
To those 39% percent who said,"She Deserved It", how many of you have ever think again, if this girl was put in another corner of world eg: Golden coast beach wearing bikini same like the other women there, does she still deserves to be molested? It doesn't mean she deserves it because she was put in the wrong place of the world at the wrong time. What if this victim was your friend or relatives, would you have still said the same? (Please don't say my friend/relatives won't dress like this, you never know).
Again, a prostitute deserves to be raped, or Mutilated by psychopathic just because this world needs to be rid of all evil deeds?
Think about Human rights again...
Fail.
