Irresponsible dog owner lets dog poo in public

STOMPer Jerry is frustrated with this irresponsible dog owner who lets her dog poo in public without clearing it up, he says. Jerry elaborates:

"I've seen this irresponsible dog owner at Tampines many times.

"This irresponsible woman allows her dog to shit at public places, did not leash the dog as required by law and repeated her actions on a daily basis.

"I caught her on video and even called out to her.

"She recognised me and boldly continued her actions even when I am filming her.

"I have filed a police report against her but the police cannot take any actions against her.

"She stays around Tampines St 44. She is a disgrace to dog owners of Singapore."

this is happening all over..even in my area @ Serangoon North.....its disgusting...you see dog poo all over ..even on jogging tracks....what is the Enviroment Ministry or Town Council doing about it? These owners should be fined
