School takes action against girl who bragged about shoplifting in blog
Tweet
Pierce Secondary School has apparently taken action against the girl who was bragging about her shoplifting escapades on her blog.
In an email reply to the STOMPer, the Vice Principal said that the "inappropriate content has been removed" and counselling staff is working with the student and her family.
In the STOMPer's email:
"With regards to the article I sent in on Oct 16, 'Girl brags about shoplifting in blog', I have recieved an official reply from her school and have attached it as a file."

I think stealing is a very serious offence commited , furthermore she brags in her blog . This is pathetic , however we shouldnt judge her because we dont know her . maybe she has some difficulties that we don't know? well , you don't know..

YESSAR, just desserts for this girl, who do not even have a basic grasp of English language and a disgrace to us Singaporeans. She seriously needs some discipline and see how she face up to it. And XiiaoLenn and Tainted Faith, are u kidding me? Seems to me like you two are just as ignorant and what you are saying doesn't even make sense. Ok TaintedFaith, maybe you want to act like the 'hero' here. But seriously, there is no substance in your argument and this is not a case of pulling pranks. So please think before commenting next time. Not too smart for a 'smart alec'.

For those in doubt of the reasons behind her actions... Just recall the good old days of secondary school where peer pressure around you was so strong, and doing stuff like pulling pranks on others and doing taboo-ish stuff actually gets you a better social standing among your peers. If you can understand that, then you can surely understand this

I dont think this girl even realised that what she had done was seriously wrong. She's still so proud about it. Btw, why is a girl her age need so much foundation and eyeliner? Stealing and thick makeup? So whats next?
