After all the bashing local men received last week after a video of a man allowing his girlfriend to hit him in the groin was posted on STOMP, STOMPer EL decided to send in this sound clip to show the other extreme behaviour of men - the moronic, egotistic kind.

In an email to STOMP today (Aug 31), the STOMPer says:

“I received this sound clip via email. After all the male bashing as wimps last week, thought I sent this to show the other extreme of male ego.”

A woman was out with friends having drinks on in Toronto when this guy approaches her and won't leave her alone. She finally gives in and hands the guy her business card to get rid of him.

Here are some ridiculous things the man, Dimitri, said in two voicemails to the woman:

“I am single. I have no problem meeting women. Women approach me 6-7 times a day, but I’m very particular about what I like.

“You’re friends were envious of the fact that I approached you.

“I don’t really date timid woman because I’m a very direct, very passionate, very assertive man.

“If I do not receive a phone call back from you by 3.00 Thursday afternoon, I’m no longer interested and you can erase my number. I don’t play games like that.

“I’m completely single. I’m very intelligent, I’m great in bed, I make great money. Believe or not, I’m a complete catch.

“I’m one of the few men in the city with nothing wrong with him, so I’m giving you that 3.00 dateline.”
