Caught jaywalking: Is this superstar Jackie Chan?

A STOMPer has sent in a picture of what appears to be superstar, Jacky Chan, and a friend jaywalking across the road near 1 Nassim Road.
The STOMPer says in an e-mail dated September 25:
"This photo is taken at around 2pm today, 1 Nassim area.
"Two guys are jaywalking.
"The one wearing white is Mr Chan, the superstar". When asked how certain the STOMPer was that the man in the picture was Jackie Chan, the STOMPer replied:
"The photo is taken a distance away. So it is not very clear.
"But we are sure he is the one as we saw him walking towards the road before crossing.
"Mr Chan - Jacky Chan".

The drivers still at fault when they knock down jaywalkers regardless.Jaywalkers are only at fault when caught jaywalking and would not be charged for reckless or dangerous act,however,they'll just be charged for jaywalking and pay only a token fine.
