Man so drunk, he strips down to his undies and sleeps in condo lift lobby
A STOMPer saw this man, who was apparently drunk, sleeping at in a condominium lift lobby.
Said the STOMPer:
"Drinking and getting drunk and sleeping in the lift lobby."

Stomper. u can be be sue by taking his picture w/o his consent(if he track u down). n u can be consider a pervert who took advantage(snapped pic) of him while he is on unconcious state & half naked(u stripped him?). restraint urself pls n don't shamed other ppl again.
