Guy uses same tactic twice to touch women on bus 168
STOMPer concern saw a guy who was behaving suspiciously towards women on board a bus. The STOMPer has seen the man behaving similarly on two separate occasions.
Said the STOMPer:
"SBS Transit please take note of this guy who is a potential molester.
"He was caught by my camera several times with his attempts to molest a lady on board the 8am bus service 168 from Woodlands interchange to Tampines on Sept 5.
"Today, Sep 6, I saw him again on the same bus.
"He attempted to molest another lady but did not succeed and he is using the same modus operandi.
"I didn't know what to do when I first saw this and after advice from colleagues, I decided to STOMP it and hopefully people are aware of this guy."

the lady was sleeping... of course she didnt notice that hand. and the guy was trying slowing to grab the victim, at the same time peering to see if anyone was looking ... probably at that instance where he looked at the direction of the victim, stomper took his photo.
Thats the mavel to todays technology- using the phone during eating, walking, sitting and stomping but dont know what to do in real time , real situation, real stupid ass.
