Taxi driver reads newspaper while waiting at traffic light
STOMPer Steven spotted a taxi driver reading a newspaper while waiting for the traffic light to turn green.
Steven said:
"This happened this morning, a taxi driver was reading the newspaper while waiting for the traffic light.
"Why doesn't he stop at the carpark or coffee shop to read the newspaper instead of on the road?"

What kind of crap is that? While you are waiting for traffic light, you can do pretty much anything as long as it doesn't compromise the safety of anyone, isn't it? Steven wants every driver on attention while waiting the light to go green?
